If you wish to be fit here are the following tips to be in a good shape
1.stop wishing
You must strive for your goals or else the following tips won’t be any of use .It starts within you if being fit is your goal and start making it a reality and stop wishing.
2.Do it until it becomes a reality
Even if you do a couple of pushups and a 5minute walk it’s an improvement .You do these exercises and it becomes a couple of days ,weeks and months until you adapt to it.And it becomes a hobby.You will see how easy it will be.
3.Suffer the pain of discipline or regrets.
Do you know the saying of no pain no gain? According to science it’s a myth and this myth has made beginners to quit before they have even started,others even injure themselves.Well the reality is that manage your time well in order to be fit and after a couple of weeks just tell yourself that you are just at the beginning of my journey.
